Tuesday, March 3, 2020, is the Presidential Primary Election in California. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. If you still have your vote-by-mail ballot, make a plan to return it. All vote-by-mail ballots come with pre-paid postage return envelopes.
